City of London 2007

Back to index.

Its been a long time coming but finally the new rendering of the City of London circa 2007 is finished with all the current known proposals featured. This rendering doesn't give a perfect idea of just what will be going where as designs that haven't been made public are not featured on it. The reality should be even more dense, particularly around Minerva where a number of medium rises should be between the viewer this angle and that tower.

The latest change to this particular rendering has been the addition of 6-8 Bishopsgate which is based here on the what the Evening Standard published, so don't take it as gospel but rather treat it more like a massing model. The sky has also been redone to make it look more realistic and some more post processing has been done to the image to increase the sharpness and make it more striking to look at. If you move the mouse pointer over the rendering then a number of buildings should be identified. If you have problems with this then the table above lists each building from left to right along with their height.
